Charter Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Cancellations
The booking is confirmed with a deposit.
The deposit is refundable only in case of bad weather conditions that make the activity unsafe.
In case of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Boat Rental Without License (Self-Drive)
A valid ID or passport is required.
The company reserves the right to refuse rental if it considers the customer unsuitable for the safe use of the boat.
Alcohol consumption during the use of the boat is strictly prohibited.
The maximum number of passengers must be strictly observed. In case of exceeding the limit (e.g., declared 8 people and 9 show up), the rental will not proceed.
Fuel is not included in the price and is charged additionally.
3. Boat Condition & Responsibility
Before departure, the customer has the opportunity to inspect the boat and confirm its condition.
The customer may take photos or videos of the boat before taking possession.
Upon acceptance, the boat is considered to be in good condition.
The customer is obliged to return the boat in the same condition as received.
In case of damage, wear, or loss of equipment during the rental, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement.
4. Boat Rental with Skipper & Organized Trips
Routes may be modified due to weather conditions for safety reasons.
In such cases, no refunds are provided.
5. Water Sports
All activities depend on weather conditions and may be modified or canceled.
Parental/guardian consent is required for minors to participate.
6. Jet Ski
Requirements:
- valid boat operator license
- age over 18
Use is allowed only in designated areas.
Jet skis are monitored via GPS tracking system (OtOtrack) for safety and compliance purposes.
Use of jet skis by individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances affecting driving ability is strictly prohibited.
The company reserves the right to refuse rental or terminate the activity if it considers the customer unfit for safe use.
7. Parasailing – Photos & Videos
Access is provided to a digital folder containing photos and videos of the day.
Videos are edited.
Customers may download their content and then delete it from the folder.
8. Personal Data & Marketing
The company may use customers’ email addresses to send updates and promotional material.
Customers may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, in accordance with GDPR.
9. Restrictions & Safety
Use of equipment or boats outside permitted areas is prohibited.
All customers must comply with the safety instructions of the staff.
10. Visual Material & Content
Some images displayed on the website may have been created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and are used for illustrative purposes.
11. Liability
The company is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from non-compliance with the terms or improper use of equipment.
