No license is required for most of our standard rental boats! You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license to rent and operate our vessels. Before you head out, our certified staff will provide a comprehensive hands-on briefing covering boat operation, local navigation rules, safety procedures, and docking. For our high-performance boats, prior boating experience is highly recommended.
Your rental includes:
The fully fueled vessel or water sports equipment.
US Coast Guard-approved life jackets and all mandatory safety gear (flares, fire extinguisher, first aid kit).
A pre-departure orientation and briefing.
GPS navigation/depth finder (on equipped boats) and a local waterways map.
Note: Fuel is charged separately at the end of your rental based on actual usage, unless a fuel-inclusive package is selected at checkout.
Your safety is our absolute priority.
Weather Cancellations: If the harbor master or our team deems conditions unsafe (high winds, lightning, heavy rain), we will contact you to reschedule your booking. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a 100% refund.
Customer Cancellations: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
To ensure a comfortable and smooth experience, we recommend bringing:
A valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking.
Sun protection (reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses with straps, and hats).
Towels, dry clothes, and a light windbreaker.
Cell phone (fully charged) to keep in contact with our base.
Water and snacks to stay hydrated and energized.
Please avoid wearing dark-soled shoes, as they can scuff and damage the boat decks.
Yes. A temporary security deposit hold of $500 (standard boats/jet skis) to $1,000 (premium vessels) is placed on your credit card on the day of your rental. This hold is fully released within 24 to 48 hours after the rental is returned, provided the vessel and equipment are returned on time, with a full tank of fuel (or fuel paid for), and free of damage.
